Each entry is a snapshot of totals at the moment Reset All Data was performed. Full backups are kept in the database for restore.
Find the camper's site in the list — or type their site number (like B4) in the search box at the top. Tap their card, then tap Cash or eTransfer, then choose the dollar amount. The site will be marked ✅ Visited!
If more than one person at the same site wants to buy tickets, tap ➕ Add Extra on their site card. A new entry — labelled 📎 Extra @ [site] — will appear right below it with its own Cash / eTransfer buttons. You can add as many extras as needed. To remove one, tap the ✕ button on the extra card.
No problem! Tap the Undo button next to any visited site to reset it back to unvisited. Then you can re-enter it correctly.
Some sites are marked 🚫 Do Not Bother — these campers have asked not to be visited. They'll appear grayed out in the list.
Tap the Tally button at the bottom anytime to see the running totals — cash collected, eTransfer, and how many tickets have been sold!
Tap the Map button to see the full campground map. Use two fingers to pinch and zoom in on any area!
On iPhone (use Safari):
1. Open this page in Safari
2. Tap the Share button at the bottom (the square with an arrow pointing up ⬆️)
3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
4. Tap Add — it'll appear just like a real app!
On Android (use Chrome):
1. Tap the ⋮ menu (three dots in the top-right corner)
2. Tap "Add to Home Screen"
3. Tap Add — you're done!
This will clear the site back to unvisited.
Enter the admin password to continue.
This will erase ALL of the booze basket data.
This cannot be undone.
Enter the editing code to record ticket sales.
Enter the admin password and the new code sellers will use.
